Yes, you can update addresses multiple times in your Jogaan account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Jogaan.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
7. How does the order process work?
From Jogaan.com you can select your desired products and then add them in your shopping cart. After adding the products in your cart you have to select your payment methods and give your address, delivery time. Our customer service team will call you to confirm your order and after that our delivery man will deliver the order to your door step.

There is no VAT . All prices are same as shown in the website. If vat is applicable by govt of Bangladesh we will charge accordingly.
17. What is the meaning of Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
If you do not prefer to make an online payment on Jogaan.com then you have an option for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Jogaan.com. In case of COD you have to receive the invoice/money receipt form the delivery man.
18. If I pay by Debit card/ Credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded as per refund policy of Jogaan. You can also contact our customer Service team and they will assist you in refund your money.
19. Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.
20. When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on your desired day. Normally we delivery within 3 hours.

21. Do you deliver in my area?
We are currently deliver in Gulshan-1, Gulshan-2, Banani, Banani DOHS, Baridhara DOHS, Baridhara, Mohakhali DOHS , Dhanmondi, Shankar, Mohammadpur, Lalmatia, Uttara. We are planning to coverage other parts of the city very soon.

Minimum order delivery is Tk. 300. You can order up to Tk. 10000 in a single order for COD. If you pay in advance by debit or credit or Mobile wallet you can enjoy unlimited order facility.

Normally delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer service team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
