A user may return any product during the time of delivery or on the same delivery day.
Here’s the conditions for returning any items:
- Delivering wrong product to customers.
- If products found damaged during delivery.
- If the product is not same as described in website
- If customers have received any product with wrong quality and quantity.
- Product is delivered in an unhealthy/unexpected condition.
- You have to inform Jogaan.com about return the product within the same delivery day.
nanarbari is always tries to deliver the best products on time to its customers. But if we are not able to provide or deliver the products to our customers, we will notify you within 12 hours for any special item requested by customers and 6 hours for any grocery items via phone, text or email. If the service, that nanarbari fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 7 Days after our acknowledgement.
Refund payment can be done under 2 conditions:
- If customer cancel the order (Full or Partial) after payment.
- If Jogaan.com is not able to fulfill the order or if the products are discontinued by Jogaan.com.
- To Apply for refund customer has to contact at the helpline nanarbari.
- Our Customer Service Team will send a refund form to the customer by email from email@example.com
- Customer will fill up the refund form and resend it to firstname.lastname@example.org
- After receiving the email from customer Jogaan.com will take 5 days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.
- If the refund amount is below Tk 10,000,the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
- If the refund amount is above Tk. 10,000 nanarbari.com will issue an account payee cheque to the customers.
